- CHARACTER DETAILS & REFERENCES -

In order to portray your character correctly, I require a reference picture of your character. Reference pictures are most helpful when they are flat-colored, front and back depictions, or side views, of the character. If your character has many details that are easy to miss, I require a detailed description of the character along with images.


Please keep all details regarding character references and pose ideas in the order form. Do not spread your order information out through multiple notes or emails, as it becomes easy to lose track of information.


Please try to keep the description of your character as concise as possible, and avoid sending detailed back stories that are irrelevant to the commission piece itself. If there is a specific pose you are requesting, please provide a reference of what you want, even if it is a stick figure.


I have aphantasia, and so having visual references will help me to best capture what it is you wish from me!


You are responsible for detailing any information on your character that may not be visible or incorrect on your reference picture.

- PAYMENT -

───⋅•⋅⊰ ⋅☽〇☾⋅ ∙⊱⋅•⋅───

Payment is to be sent through PayPal invoice only. I do not accept money orders.


I require payment upfront before I start on your commission. Upon confirming the price quote with you, I will send an invoice to your PayPal email. Once payment is cleared, I will start on your commission. Work will not begin until the price agreed upon is paid in full.


Payment plans can be arranged for any order over $500.

- REVISIONS -

───⋅•⋅⊰ ⋅☽〇☾⋅ ∙⊱⋅•⋅───

I will only correct minor details or change the line art during the sketch stage. There is a limit of 2 minor changes. Any changes made afterward will be charged an additional fee. Please keep all requests for line art changes to one message. Sending multiple messages after finding additional things you wish to change will count towards your 2 free minor changes limit.


Complete revisions of a piece can also only be done during the sketch stage. I will only do one free complete revision per picture. Any revisions afterward will be charged an additional fee.


Please note, if I am at fault for missing a detail you have presented to me from the very beginning, I will fix it free of charge, and they will not count against your limit for minor changes.


Once approval is given on a sketch, I will not make any more changes to the line art.

- CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS -

───⋅•⋅⊰ ⋅☽〇☾⋅ ∙⊱⋅•⋅───

Sometimes things come up where a commission must be canceled, either by the commissioning party or by myself. If you need to cancel the commission for any reason, you must do so before I start the final stage of the picture. Once the picture is in the final stage, I will not issue any refunds.


If the picture is canceled in the middle of my work on it, refunds will only be issued for work not yet completed.


If you treat me with disrespect, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. Canceled commissions will be refunded for the price of the work not yet completed.

- RE-POSTING & EDITING RIGHTS -

Re-posting the commissioned piece on any other account or website is fine, only if done by the original commissioner (or owner(s) of characters represented in the picture), and with full credit to me as the artist. You will not, however, sell or make prints of the image, edit without permission, or claim the image as your own.


Using a cropped version of your commission for avatars on social media is fine, and does not require my permission to do so!


Selling full, exclusive rights to a commissioned piece can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Unless it is discussed otherwise, I retain full rights over the image.


I do not and will never allow my art to be sold as NFTS, nor do I give permission for my art to be fed into AI databases.


However, should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and will charge the standard fee per artwork.

- DEADLINES -

───⋅•⋅⊰ ⋅☽〇☾⋅ ∙⊱⋅•⋅───

If you wish to have the commission done by a certain date, you need to give me at least 2 months' notice prior to commissioning me. If for some reason you do not want the image uploaded until a certain date, you must also specify this in your order.


If the deadline is missed through any fault of my own, you will receive a 50% refund along with the finished piece.

I am very open to contact from my clients, and have options for ways you can reach me. If you need to get in contact with me about your commission, or if you’d like progress updates/previews, please feel free to ask.


I request that you please refrain from contacting me multiple times daily about your commission. I keep a detailed log on my Trello detailing which commission I am working on, and what stage I am at. Please look at it before you contact me with questions about where I’m at with your commission.


I always supply sketch and flat color previews to my clients on my own.

I prefer having a note or other form of proof from them stating that it’s ok to do so.

The prices below are the starting price, which can be raised or lowered based on the work requested.
Prices are based purely on complexity, amount of characters, background request detail, and overall workload of the piece.- EXTRA CHARACTERS incur an extra fee.
